Incoming call · 9:42 PM
Hi, my furnace just quit and it's minus twenty out. Is anyone there?
You've reached Northside Heating, I can help with that. Is anyone in the home right now, and what's the address?
Yes, we're home. 418 Maple Street.
Got it. I'm flagging this as an emergency and the on-call technician will be alerted now. Can I get your name and the best number to reach you?
Dana Reyes, this number is fine.
Thanks Dana. Help is on the way. You'll get a text with the technician's name and arrival window in a moment.

A sample call. Names and company are made up.

Sound familiar?

"The phone rings while I'm with a customer."

You can't answer, the caller gets voicemail, and most of them never leave a message. They just dial the next business.

"We close at five. Problems don't."

Furnaces quit at night. Teeth crack on Saturdays. The business that picks up at 9 p.m. gets the job.

"We do great work, but you'd never know it online."

Twenty years in business and thirty reviews. The unhappy few post on their own. The happy majority were never asked.

How it works

  1. 1

    Your calls get answered

A phone receptionist answers in your company's name, day or night. It takes the caller's details and the problem, offers open times, and books the visit. Real emergencies go straight to your phone.

  2. 2

You get a text, not a voicemail

After every call you get a short summary: who called, what they need, when they're booked. The customer gets a confirmation text too, so nobody is left wondering.

  3. 3

    Happy customers leave reviews

When a job is done, the customer gets one friendly text asking for a Google review, with a link that takes ten seconds. Your rating climbs, and new customers find you first.

Nothing changes on your end. You keep your phone number, your calendar, and your way of working. We set it up, test it with you, and keep it running.

What a missed call costs you

Most owners guess low. Slide the two numbers to match your business and see what's walking to a competitor every year.

Assumes you'd have won about half of those calls. Your real numbers may be higher.

Reviews that build themselves

Your best customers are happy to say so. They just need to be asked at the right moment, with a link that takes ten seconds. One text after each job, sent automatically, and your Google rating starts to reflect the work you actually do.

You never chase anyone. You never write a review request. It runs on its own.

Built for any business that lives on the phone

If customers call to book, ask, or get help, this works for you.

Best fit: owner-run businesses that have been around a while and want more of the customers they're already earning.

A note from Jesse

Robinson & Co. is my company. I'm based near Vancouver and work with businesses across Canada and the United States.

I started it after watching good local businesses lose work for the simplest reason: nobody could get to the phone. The fix isn't complicated, but it has to be set up right and it has to just work. That's what I do. You'll deal with me directly, from the first call through setup and after.

No long contracts. No jargon. If it isn't a fit, I'll tell you.
